CGRM Speaker Felecia Dawson MD, ABOG, ABOIM
Dr. Dawson is a dual board-certified physician in obstetrics and gynecology as well as
integrative medicine. She has helped to train medical students and residents as Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Morehouse School of Medicine as well as Clinical Instructor of Gynecology and Obstetrics at Emory University School of Medicine. After four years in private practice, Dr. Dawson founded Women for Women where she served as Medical Director, 1994-2016. Upon learning of the healing power of cannabis.
Dr. Dawson closed her practice in 2016 to work full-time on re-legalizing this powerful plant. Through public speaking and writing, she works to educate citizens, businesses, legislators and her fellow physicians about cannabis as medicine. She offers online educational consultations for holistic gynecology, medical cannabis and CBD.
Her community service includes supporting the Center for Food Safety, Partnership Against Domestic Violence, The Atlanta Community Food Bank, Cool Girls, Inc. and The Sierra Club.
